Despite $369B in federal spending and 40,000+ veteran organizations across the U.S., too many veterans fall through the cracks. We believe:

The Coalition is a neutral, shared space where collaboration becomes operational — not just aspirational.

The Coalition is structured into:

• Founding Members — strategic leaders guiding the charter and direction

• Member Organizations — VSOs, nonprofits, and partners actively engaged in care

• Ecosystem Partners — public, private, or philanthropic stakeholders aligned with our mission

Members participate in working groups, share insight, and help shape the evolution of veteran care.

• Convene — regional and national gatherings to align missions and voices

• Collaborate — working groups to define shared standards and elevate what works

• Co-Create — vet-centered, community-validated input into the LastVet platform

• Lift Up — amplify member organizations for visibility, funding, and capacity

This is not a talking circle. This is a new architecture for collective support.

The Coalition is launching city by city, region by region — building trust on the ground while crafting national models for care.

The long-term vision is a decentralized but coordinated ecosystem where:

• Orgs know who else is doing what

• Funders know what’s working

And it all feeds into the tech backbone of LastVet.
